PROJECT 8:

TIME STUDIES, REDUCE HOK AND INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY

Direct work costs depend on number of worker in the production and production performance. The unit of direct work is determined for HOK.

Working hour of worker for 1000 kg yarn production = HOK*100

Working hour cost of worker for 1000 kg yarn production = HOK*100*Price/hour

All labour form Knowledge bank in the production line for direct work costs first. This Knowledge Bank is able to compute self-knowledge and performance. We improved Productivity Analysis 1.0 pc-programs. This program provides to make work-time study, compute workload, reduce HOK and show what doing for increasing productivity.

Reducing direct work costs continuously in the mill is possible to eliminate factors, which obstruct to increase "gram spindle hour". Therefore Knowledge Based System, Quality Circle depended on Quality Management and Training Unit, they are established priority in the mill.

As seen in the mill Knowledge Based Quality Management Systems bring more systematic working.
