QFD, IMPROVE NEW PRODUCT AND INCREASE MARKET SHARE

Quality criterions of a product are consist of two part,

• Directed towards customers (external quality criterions)
• Directed towards production (internal quality criterions)

Summary QFD (Quality Function Deployment) was developed in Japan firstly. QFD is joined Knowledge Based Quality Management System together, gets important advantages. The basic of Knowledge Based Quality Management System is to implement and work QFD efficiently. This situation has 4 stages,

1. Determine Production Quality Criterions to suitable for customer demands
2. Raw material, semi-production, design and final production are appointed to matrix for getting production quality criterions (Process stages)
3. Prepare production plan to determine production and process parameters (Process Parameters)
4. Prepare test and working plans for getting quality criterions values.

All these four stages are joined in Knowledge Based Quality Management System and Optimum Quality / Minimum Cost Concept is joined knowledge pc-programs together by ITRU GROUP LTD. So we get efficient from these four stages.
