Different mills have machine course but they have different profitably rates. Cause of this is management and management structures. Now structure becomes most important than past. Human and its knowledge do consequently reducing cost. Therefore knowledge and its product become most important tomorrow. The knowledge becomes economic power. To able to rival is depend on their knowledge level and production of correct knowledge. So the mill that implements R&D projects early, will surpass in this competition.
The management of mill QFD system is joined Knowledge Based together. The basic property of Knowledge Based System is able to interfere all units as whole.
In the spinning mill Knowledge Based Management Chart is consist of following units,

All unit are depend on Quality Planning / Technical Management. There is horizontal communication between all units. In this new system Mill Engineering is determined and duty field is expanded. Management system is structured on Knowledge. Therefore Training and R&D projects get important. In the mill training concept has change completely. Training aims to all staff in the mill. Because Knowledge Based System interferes all problem in whole so all worker must know all part of whole.
